In her recent Leicester Mercury article, Liz Kendall MP, argues that the government should be doing more to stand up to the “big six” energy companies and reforming the energy market so that pricing is more transparent and properly reflects the costs of energy production and delivery.

Costs have soared for energy use and along with other price increases such as petrol and food, it is going to be a tough winter for many people in Leicester and nationally.

The government is not in touch with the concerns of ordinary people but more concerned with having an EU referendum and attacking their own leader, David Cameron.
